Monthly field inspections and flow measurements are administered at this location throughout a calendar year. During periods of measured flows less than 50 CFS, field visits increase to weekly. Subsequent review of the data between field visits and over the year may result in significant revisions to the posted flow data.

The Verde Falls Low-Flow Gage is located approximately 6 miles downstream of Camp Verde. The site was originally installed by the Salt River Project in cooperation with the Verde Watershed Association in June 2001. The site was destroyed by flooding in the spring of 2004. New equipment was installed in June of 2006. This site has been designed to monitor flows less than 150 cubic feet per second (cfs).River flows above 150 cfs are not reported on WatershedMonitor.com.
